Bottleneck activities between the deliveries of finished goods from production to warehouse up to the loading of trucks were determined and improved. It encompasses all areas from delivery of raw materials to the delivery of the finished X-Men First Class download to the end customer. The performance of the warehouse is evaluated in terms of space, movement of goods and its capacity to hold a percent of finished goods.
